At Pink Amen Society, every order is made with love, purpose, and probably an iced coffee nearby 💖☕
Because many of our items are made-to-order, please allow a little extra time for us to create something special just for you!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after processing:

United States: 3–7 business days

At this time, Pink Amen Society only ships within the United States.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Preorders

If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order may ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.

Estimated preorder shipping windows will always be listed in the product description.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pink Amen Society is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, Pink Amen Society is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to help you track down your order and support you however we can.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
